Nichole Taylor has been in the fitness industry for more than 7 years and is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hour level). Her specialty is mind/body workouts that are scaled to fit everyone from yoga novices to advanced students. Not one to stay rooted to her own mat, she’s always moving around to better guide her students into their best form.

There is no better way to end the work week than a relaxing Yoga session with certified instructor Nichole Taylor, followed by delectable bites and tantalizing sips. The Vino & Vinyasa mantra is “Let it flow,” so both peace and energy will spill forth during 90 minutes of revitalizing, candle light Yoga in the Dobbes Barrel Room. Breathe deeply and enjoy the intoxicating aroma of fine wine resting in oak casks; our yoga practice is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Yoga mats will be available for purchase if you need one.
