Honored. Blessed.

These are just a couple of the words our guests have used to describe the Vino & Vinyasa experience.

The concept is quite simple; bring the restorative power of yoga to the outdoor beauty of Oregon’s wine country. Everything else is in the execution. From the hands-on guidance of  Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hour level) Nichole Taylor, (also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and the Group Fitness Manager at Monmouth Fitness Club) to our choice of locally sourced foods served on reusable dishes. “Waste not, want not” is our motto, and we honor Mother Earth as she nurtures the grape vines, while our guests bolster mind, body and spirit.

Vino & Vinyasa guests shed a busy lifestyle and reflect on the simple pleasures of life during this afternoon retreat. Our mantra is “Let it flow,” so both peace and energy will spill forth during two hours of open-air Yoga, performed to the sound of echoing bird songs and the gentle sway of trees in the Left Coast Cellars’ Tree House Pavilion.  After a short break and snack there will be a guided walking tour of the Left Coast estate, which provides the opportunity to see the grapes that will soon be pressed into 2009 vintages. This is a chance to learn about the farming and wine-making processes while connecting with nature. It also builds anticipation for the twilight wine-pairing dinner. The sun will descend as the senses are finally indulged with carefully crafted wines and delectable vegetarian dishes (a Vegan option is available by request).
